From the island of Bantayan, just off Cebu City. This shot was probably taken on Good Friday, judging from the veiled cross. And no, these women are not hyper-traditionalists-- just ordinary housewives with ordinary concerns and ordinary problems. I will stop now and let the picture speak for itself.
